Scannerguy1968 has some other video captures that I resonated with.  They show multiple instances of craft in the sky. It’s easy to pick out the airplanes in the clip as their navigation lights cause the flashing you see as they cross the sky. That is very different from the huge orbs that seem to flash as though powering up just before disappearing.
