Starbuck’s Spiritual Playlist

“And everything around her is a silver pool of light, the people who surround her feel the benefit of it, it makes you calm, she holds you captivated in her palm …

Suddenly I see, this what I wanna be, suddenly I see, why the hell it means so much to me.” Suddenly I See. KT Tunstall

It shapes our health in all manner of ways.  Just like the food we consume, it has an impact on our well-being.  Beware of “garbage in, garbage out”. I have a wide variety of taste in music genres and over time, I have my whittled down all the music I had first collected to just under 3000 songs.  I have a playlist of 99 songs I categorized as Spiritual.  These are not “spiritual” per se, they just resonate with me each in their own way and feed my bliss.
